Technical Recruiter

We are currently seeking an exceptionally talented TECHNICAL RECRUITER to join our team. For this full life cycle position in our contract consulting business unit, you will be working closely with technical candidates and clients in pursuit of business goals-and above all else-customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include screening and interviewing technical candidates (team fit and technical screen), working directly with client hiring managers on specific contract needs, and negotiating with both parties for hires. You will also work closely with our sales and employee relations teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2+ years of technology recruiting experience in fast-paced, high volume staffing environment
- Solid knowledge of IT recruiting in the contract staffing industry with knowledge of a variety of technologies
- Demonstrated ability to locate talent for harder-to-find skill sets a must
- Personality that strives for quality and a great candidate experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Vendor Management Systems is a PLUS!
