Technical Radio Planner

BASE STATION, SPECTRUM PLANNER, MODELLING, 2G, 3G, 4G, RADIO PLANNER, DESK BASED AND DUTCH WOULD BE A BONUS

eCRM Euro are looking for a experienced Radio Planner for a new project based in Netherlands.

Deliverables:
(Base station, Spectrum planner, Modelling, 2G, 3G, 4G,)
Hardware configuration and dimensioning (radio kit model, number of carriers and trx, base band dimensioning, feeder type)
Network planning (coverage predictions, definition of grid per 2G/3G/4G technology and 800Mhz/900Mhz/1800Mhz/2100Mhz/2600Mhz bands)
Optimisation (power settings, frequency retuning, load balancing across carriers and technologies, hardware upgrades, sector additions)

The skills/experience:
Optimisation expertise and deep radio knowledge 2g/3g (basics of 4g)
Minimum 3 years of experience doing radio design in the last 5 years
Proven experience in site design from the desktop
Ericsson,

Dutch would be a bonus
