This cross-functional position offers a unique opportunity for the organized, detail-oriented and technically adept individual to work with internal sales and development teams as well as vendors, partners and customers to ensure quality implementation and support of our sensor-based solutions.

- Solid, practical experience with all facets of QA process as it relates to SDLC (including requirements traceability, manual testing, automated testing, feature testing, regression testing, etc...)
- Familiarity with C# application development including experience using Visual Studio to develop, build and debug applications. The ideal candidate possesses basic database skills (ie run scripts, write basic queries, etc...) to assist in update and support procedures.
- Experience with technical customer support and help desk processes and procedures.
- Ability to effectively interface with end users to ensure prompt and accurate support for issues, requests and implementations.
- Strong writing skills including the ability to create technical as well as user documentation.
- Familiarity with source code control/versioning systems.
- Experience in retail, distribution and supply chain domains is desired.
