Technical Project/Program Manager

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a TECHNICAL PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGER position to join our client in Bellevue, Washington.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Manager for medium to large software development projects supporting tools used to provide Network Management, Provisioning, Alarms, and Operational Metrics.
- Work in conjunction with a senior Project Manager to coordinate user training and user acceptance testing for large, complex Network applications.
- Acts as representative of the organization and communicates information up to management.
- Manage development of process scenarios and changes in applications required in support of related network activities.
- Responsible for leading cross-functional efforts to deliver training to geographically and functionally diverse teams.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a good understanding of Project Management methodologies as related to software development life cycle, training, software testing, and deployment processes.
- Candidate must have the ability to develop project schedules and manage internal work activities necessary to meet project objectives within schedule, scope and cost.
- Knowledge of IT operating procedures and web-based, database-driven application design.
- Experience with planning and managing user acceptance test activities and training.
- Must have a background in SDLC and Telecom as the individual will be managing software development projects.
