Technical Project/Product Manager - Defect Tracking Job

PROJECT/PRODUCT MANAGER, DEFECT TRACKING, needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Redmond, WA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Write and gather Job Requirements Documents - must be excellent at gathering solid requirements
- Managing defects (triage, analysis, reporting) and driving new reporting/tracking processes to ensure understanding of product quality (it's not a testing role)
- Outward facing to multiple parties such as OEMs, Vendors, Marketing
- Implement and manage the quality program for multiple releases across 2 device products
- Working across parties to track defects and issues, must have an "ownership" attitude and be able to grasp technical concepts, problems and work to get solutions
- Manage the entire implementation from gather requirements to execution with the vendor. You will be working with their platform delivery team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Project or Product Management
- Experience gathering and writing requirements
- Defect Tracking
- Quality Management
- Solid understanding of mobile devices is key, but not absolute for the right candidate
