Technical Project Manager XML Integration

JOB DESCRIPTION TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER XML INTEGRATION

The key deliverables for this role:

- Manage customer XML INTEGRATION into Bureau platform
- Co-ordinate customer access to UAT
- Manage UAT EXECUTION for all XML customers
- Manage DEFECT RESOLUTION
- Develop customer migration schedule (150+ customers) over 9 month migration window
- Co-ordinate technical support for customer interaction with Experian development, tier 2 & tier 3 teams
- Manage customer technical interaction with local NL technical teams
- Running projects adopting best practices including Prince2 (preferred not essential)
- Monitoring, and reporting on the overall profitability/progress against business case of the project
- Planning, monitoring and controlling stages of a project under the overall control
- Escalating promptly any issues
- Employing accurate estimating techniques, and using product-based planning, risk management, and monitoring and control appropriately
- Producing stage plans, highlight reports, risk logs, requests for change etc
- Adopting the accepted best practices
- Defining, booking, and managing the EXACT RESOURCES to be used to deliver the stage, whilst conforming to the overall project plan. This may include management of customers own staff
- Monitoring and acting upon the financial charges to the project
- Providing a day-to-day contact with the customer
- Gains a full understanding of the project finances including the management of the project code
- Delivery of the Communications strategy, approach & plan
- TRAINING STRATEGY, APPROACH
- Dutch and fluent in English;
- Strong writing skills
- Knowledge of (Dutch) credit management for consumer oriented organizations
- Knowledge of Dutch privacy laws/and data available in the Netherlands
- Knowledge of/experience with scorecards is a plus
- HBO/university working and thinking;
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience Literate (able to write credible documents) and numerate (confident with calculating costs and margins)
- Experience of working in a project team on at least 3 end to end IT projects
- Knowledge of Project initiation, change management, risk management, and the principles and practicalities of running projects
- Ability to get on with all levels of people and strong relationship building skills
- Liaison between Nextgen Programme & standing organization
- Recruitment of business implementation and migration team (8-10 FTE)
