Technical Project Manager to Drive Migration of HR Tools Within HRIT

For one of our global clients in the Financial industry based in Zurich, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive migration of HR tools within HRIT.
Your tasks:
- Strong PM with strong technical skills to support planning with internal UBS team to support move of applications to DbaaS.
- This role needs a strong project manager to support and manage this team.
- The role sits within HRIT and supports the move of applications that are currently highlighted as EOL
- Proven technical PM experience in IT/methodology
- Strong planning experience and e2e project management experience of RAID
- Role will require that there is key liaison between different teams to support parallel planning for other projects on these applications
- Self-starter and someone that can lead this work vs being led.
- Useful if they have infrastructure background - and understand tasks required to support moving application to DbaaS (Nice to have)
- Multiple projects some finishing already in 2018, one starting in 2018 and completing in 2019. Other EOL starting in 2019.
Your skills:
- Strong Project management background
- Extensive experience of senior stakeholder management
- IT experience with HR specific applications
- Previous experience in Cloud technologies
- Application migration experience
- Fluent English, German nice to have
Your team:
You'll be working in the HR IT team in Zurich. Global function providing services to HR teams across all divisions whilst supporting their customers in 32 countries and 64 locations across the world. Over 60'000 users in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Bank and Corporate Centre use HR IT applications. HR IT leads the delivery of the major HR technology programs whilst providing ongoing maintenance and Run the Bank activities for a host of widely used applications.
Start: 15/10/2018
End: 30/06/2019
