The Project Manager IT, Web apps will act as the link between IT (Development Factory) and the business.

He/she will be responsible for understanding and assisting in the prioritization of projects and ensuring that projects align with the technology that best provides maximum return on investment. He/she is responsible for providing software&systems development leadership, guidance and oversight to all aspects of digital software projects and activities.

Key Accountabilities
*He/She is able to coach + manage a nearshore development team working on support + maintenance of sharepoint applications
*He/She is responsible for following up of the custom farm setup (.NET - able to consume sharepoint components)
*He/she is responsible for providing software&systems development leadership, guidance and oversight to all aspects of digital software projects and ensures the development team adheres to those.
*He/she will translate business needs into technical solutions for the development teams

Technical Lead
*He/she will analyse new requests and propose the adequate solution
*He/she will monitor technical excellence and quality
*He/She will apply DevOps to ensure continuous improvement of our digital technology and allow business to increase time to market and value
*He/She will work closely with our nearshore team and challenge wherever needed (IT solution, estimates, development guidelines, )
*He/she will be able to guide external resources and evaluate proposed technical solutions
*He/she recommends, maintains and improves the Digital Technology architecture in alignment with the enterprise IT architecture and business objectives
*He/she ensures that all components of Digital systems integrate effectively and meet all regulatory and compliance guidelines

IT Project/portfolio Management
*The PM oversees and follows- up on status of main activities/projects
*He/she tracks, monitor and report the progress of the projects
*He/she runs demand and co-ordinate development of initial estimates for new projects and change initiatives

Relationship Management
*He/she builds a good relationship with the different stakeholders - Business partners (CoE, Brand Managers, Infra, Off/Near-shore, ), IT, Digital Factory vendor resources, agencies,
*He/she works closely with the stakeholders to understand their needs

Required skills
*Educated to a Master level in an IT or other, business-relevant discipline
*Recommended experience as a developer (Sharepoint and/or .NET)
*Proven track record as functional and technical analyst within IT
*Excellent project management skills
*Excellent relationship management skills and pro-active attitude towards end users
*Familiar with IT change/release management processes
*Organizational change management/communication skills
*Business fluent English
