Technical Project Manager Network Security (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Work with IT Security to develop and implement network security enhancements which are well integrated within network services and the larger IT organization
-Understanding of technology risk concepts, including controls and control frameworks, technology risk domains, risk measurements and methodologies in line with GTO technology risk management
-Analyze and manage the impact and dependencies of new controls to other functions and make the necessary support transparent to senior management for their prioritization and support
-Maintain a deep understanding of network technology and current setup to actively identify potential additional security requirements in collaboration with Engineering, Deployment and Operations
-Provide technology expertise and thorough leadership with an emphasis on network and security technologies
-Keep leadership informed of all real, potential or perceived security threats and inform management appropriately
-Actively provide support and oversight for IT Security projects end-to-end as they relate to network security. In particular, provide guidance regarding project deliverables (scope), RACI, milestones and change requests
-Creation of structured decision documents for the IT Sec Board, to drivework with relevant other teams to provide a heuristic view in these documents

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experienced in managing global initiatives, various level of stakeholders, working with multi-cultural and global teams
-Strong knowledge in Network Architecture, Networks and Infrastructure security technologies
-Strong knowledge in current security threat vectors and corresponding mitigating technologies and platforms
-Strong knowledge and technical background in network and industry leading security technologies
-An excellent technical and non-technical communicator both written and verbal, with excellent team building skills and the passion to deliver the very best service to the business
-A highly proactive self-starting ethos, with strong customer focus
-A strong work ethic, high professionalism and exceptional problem solving skills
-A high standard of personal presentation with the ability to imbue confidence in colleagues and clients
-Ability to effectively manage quality and to ensure a consistently high degree of successful delivery within resource, time and cost constraints
-Exemplary co-ordination skills and the ability to understand business drivers / IT requirements
-Ability to provide comprehensive and concise reports/presentations to multiple corporate levels of the organization
-Proven ability to initiate, develop and maintain relationships with technical and non-technical teams and individuals
-Basic understanding of ITIL
-Strong Microsoft Office skills
-Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail working both in an individual or wider team context
-Strong customer facing skills
