Technical Project Manager (M2M, LTE/4G)

M2M Technical Project Manager with deep background in Project Management in international environment - at least 5 years of experience in this kind of role, ideally PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)® certified.

Technical knowledge of Mobile Networks (RAN, NGIN, GGSN, HLR, SMSC

Experience in delivery Mobile Networks platforms (eg GGSN, HLR )

Experience with migrations of GGSNs and/or HLRs - defining migration procedures for customer APN and/or for subscriber data

Experience in OSS integrations (Alarming, Performance, Service Dashboard, Active/Passive Monitoring, Backup & Restore)

Excellent IP Networking fundamentals and architectures (IP, MPLS, VPN)

Experience with LTE (4G) packet core evolution and Telco-over-the-Cloud

Experience in M2M Architecture, ideally with Device Management solutions

Familiar with project's budget management (CAPEX,OPEX)

Excellent knowledge of Office package(MS Project, Excel e PowerPoint)

Very good communication skills, eager to work in a multicultural and complex environment - ability to balance conflicting needs

Excellent reporting skills to top management and customer

Experience in Risk management

Excellent English level (oral/written)
