MY DUTIES:
-Operation, maintenance and monitoring of the IT infrastructure
-Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
-Evaluation, installation and implementation of hardware and software solutions for further development and stabilization of the IT infrastructure
-Cooperation in an international environment
-Planning and coordination with our global partners (hosting, network)
-Participation in the future global hosting strategy (server outsourcing)
-Support of the IT service team as 3rd level support in case of problems
-Collaboration in 2nd level support if required
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
-Good knowledge of virtualization (VMware, XenServer) and terminal servers (Citrix XenApp) is a must
-Must have degree in computer science and profound professional experience in a comparable function
-Very good knowledge of the Microsoft server and client environment
-Experience with SAN/Storage Infrastructures and Backup/Disaster Recovery
-Experience with Active Directory, GPO, SCCM, Office 365, Sharepoint
-Good knowledge of German and English is mandatory
-Professional certifications (MCSE/MCSA, VMware, Citrix, Cisco) are a big advantage
