IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Take appropriate actions and decisions to meet the objectives of the program
-Manage the governance, prioritization, planning and scheduling to enable successful delivery of the program
-Contribute to and support the implementation of the project management framework
-Manage all aspects of a program including resources, key milestones, budgets, deliverables, reporting and project portfolio
-Direct, lead and oversee multiple project managers
-Apply the program management framework and assure project management quality
-Act as liaison between Cloud Ops Department and various technical and business communities to ensure alignment with their own change activities and promote continuous collaboration
-Communicate relevant and timely information to stakeholders to ensure visibility of progress, budget/expenditure, risks, issues and associated with delivery

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Excellent experience as Project Manager
-Good experience in agile planning, release planning & familiarity with Scrum
-Very good understanding of cloud & web technologies
-Experience with Redhat OpenShift highly welcome
-Experience in creating and reviewing technical architectures is a plus
-Experience in remote project team collaboration and 3rd party supplier management
-Excellent communication and team building skills
-Good aptitude in relationship management with large amount of stakeholders
-Work and get results in international teams and multi-cultural environment
-Work with minimal direct guidance, self-motivated and proactive
-English proficiency (French and German - nice to have)
