Technical Project Manager

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of a greenfield development. This is an ongoing project with multiple phases!

This role demands your best leadership, expert ICT skills, knowledge and advice to ensure the project delivery team meets business objectives. You are an expert stakeholder manager and understand the complexities and nuances that exist in delivering effectively in a changing environment. Your Agile experience along with a good technical background in Weblogic, Java and Oracle will bring you success!

Specifically, your role will be to:

- Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team in the planning, development, and implementation of information systems and ICT projects.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships and use advanced communication to convey complex information to a range of audiences.
- Use advanced analytical, problem solving and research skills to develop innovative and cost effective solutions to complex IT issues.
- Effectively supervise and develop staff by exhibiting leadership and professionalism within the workplace.
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with all applicable departmental policy and legislation

Your success will be determined by your:

- 5+ year's experience of working in software development at a technically senior level.
- Weblogic, Java and Oracle understanding
- Understanding of Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) project management methodologies
- Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA
- Team-player. Happy to share knowledge and skills and collaborate with others
- Outstanding communication skills
