We are looking for a STRONG PM with technical background. If not in space of application packaging, imaging or software, then a background in PC upgrade, OS Migration, Server/Infrastructure migration experience. Someone who has managed a desktop support environment is typically pretty knowledgeable in this space as well.
OVERVIEW:
- Responsible for ensuring the customer needs are satisfied by providing specific deliverables.
- Ensures good practices in standard methodologies and processes are used to deliver an integrated solution.
- The major emphasis is on coordination of tasks.
- Job may include responsibility for technical development.
- Serves as a single point of contact and acts in a liaison capacity to facilitate problem resolution.
- Requires 3 to 5 years experience.
