TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking several Technical Project Manager positions for possible remote opportunities.

Selected individuals will work independently with business partners to identify and implement medium to large technical projects, as defined by Company methodology, such as broad-based information systems, full life cycle application development, building enterprise applications or data warehouse planning and development. Direct system analysts, software designers and programmers to determine best methods to achieve project objectives. Responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems. In addition to all responsibilities of a project manager which include managing all aspects of a project including initiating, planning, executing, closing and controlling.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

- 5 years of project management experience in broad-based information systems, full life cycle application development and/or building enterprise applications and/or data warehouse planning and development
- BA/BS Degree
- HEALTH INSURANCE application experience; eg PRODUCTS, BENEFITS, ENROLLMENT, MEMBER and also work with 3rd party - PORTALs. Private Exchange opportunity among others.
- Project Management certification preferred
- Tool Experience required includes: PlanView, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, ReqPro, and Clearquest
- Must have executive-level verbal and written communication skills and presentation ability and must convey a "take-charge" leadership style
- Must be experienced at functioning successfully in a virtual and matrixed environment
- Experience on multi-million dollar complex projects preferred
