Technical Project Manager

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER to join our client in Raleigh, North Carolina.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the technical components of the project to include voice traffic analysis.
- Recommend, design and implement IVR and ACD systems integration.
- Responsible for the planning and defining the project objectives and developing a plan to accomplish the objective.
- Design and implement PBX Avaya system expansions, coordinate relocations and moves.
- Evaluate, recommend and provision voice services to support USPS requirements.
- Support for cabling and wiring of the voice infrastructure.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Conducts project meetings and responsible for project tracking and analysis.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
- Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with Nortel/Avaya PBX Systems.
- Experience as a Project Manager or Team Lead.
