An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to undertake implementation of Stage 2 of the Northgate Revenues and Benefits system modules, project manage the Front End of the IHMS system and enhancement of Customer Relationship Management System. The postholder will be responsible for leading the Customer Relationship Management System project for Community Services and co-ordinating the Integrated Housing Management system project for Housing Services. You will have a recognised Project Management qualification and possess demonstrable experience in recent project management roles that have included implementation of complex ICT solutions, involving high levels of process and/or culture change.

You will also have had exposure to and experience of working in environments using the following products:

- Microsoft Client operating systems - Windows XP/7
- Microsoft Server operating systems - Windows 2003/2008
- Competence in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Northgate Revenues/Benefits and/or Information@Work

As well as the above, you should have proven experience of successfully delivering projects in terms of time, cost and quality, with strong organisational and time management skills.
