Our global (bio)pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support them during a large growth programme within their mAbs division. The client is looking to carry out multiple technical transfers from development to production and requires the support of a project manager.

SCOPE: The Project Coordinator is to work alongside the technical managers for each rollout to provide project management activities and support including planning, scheduling, budgeting and reporting.

Position Description and Responsibilities:

Support the technical managers with the following project management services:

- Planning, Scheduling and Resource Management- planning tools; scheduling support; stakeholder engagement and coordination; management of external factors such as inspections.
- Financial management - support the development of capital budgets. Support negotiation with contractors and suppliers to keep project within budget. Make cash flow projections. Make effective use of SAP and budgeting tools. Take advantage of business opportunities and manage risks.
- Project execution plan - Support the generation of a detailed project execution plan concerning the execution of all aspects of the project.
- Risk Management - Ensure compliance with all regulations and ensure completion of all relevant documentation. Drive a risk management approach in project delivery.
- Reporting - gather relevant information for necessary reporting and produce regular reports for senior stakeholders on all live projects.
- Assure compliance with good engineering practices, company policies, regulations and codes.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with an understanding of working with different departments and cross functional teams.
- Strong experience of project management of technical projects in Engineering.
- Experience managing the overall financial performance of engineering projects, including cash flow, life cycle costs, business opportunities and risks. Experience using budgeting tools.
- Understands the project management process; programming, scope development, design development, implementation, project closeout.
- Demonstrate leadership, team-skills, self-confidence, and effective decision making.
- Good examples of stakeholder management across an organisation.
- Previous experience of working in an international environment required.
