The Online Store Global Production team operates and maintains storefront websites in more than 200 markets around the world. This team is comprised of Site Managers, Project Managers, Web Producers, Image and Content Creators, Catalog Managers, and Quality Assurance.

The Global Production team looking for mid to senior level Project/Program Managers. We need strong, versatile PMs, who are comfortable jumping into the deep end of a project and leading a team to success. Candidates must have excellent PM skills, the ability to handle multiple competing priorities, and understanding of how to get work done in a shared-resources environment.

We are looking for PMs who know how to ask questions as they learn on-the-fly, how to manage emergent issues in a fast-paced project, and how to triage a project schedule when launch dates are inflexible. These PMs should thrive on tactical work.

OVERVIEW:

- Drive the ongoing productions queue, ensuring that all new product onboarding and site updates are completed on time and work to exceed customer expectations
- Lead weekly production meetings with stakeholders, providing transparency into onboard tasks status, identify blocking issues, and provide broader group with project stats
- Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, and timing
- Manage project development from initiation to launch keeps tasks moving through the production queue ensuring all elements of the task are complete (inventory, design, content, web production, and QA)
- Balance a large production queue, keeping tasks and project moving through the production pipeline
- Be accountable for project results along with project sponsors
- Lead and make sound decisions based on available data
- Complete workback schedule to determine subtasks, and amount of effort required for each task
- Create and maintain a project schedule to identify when each task will be done, and by whom
- Resolve issues and solve problems throughout project cycle
- Track and report on project milestones
- Manage bug queue

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES:

- Strong customer focus (both external customers and internal stakeholders)
- Work well in a team environment as well as independently, strong leader
- Embrace and adapt quickly to change
- eCommerce experience or other online production experience
- Content management experience, knowledge of content management systems
- Understanding of web infrastructure
- Strong communication skills, detail oriented and PM fundamentals are a must
- Solid Excel, PowerPoint and reporting skills
- HTML and CSS a plus
- International experience strongly preferred
- Strong process experience a plus
