This is a unique opportunity to work on scenarios that enhance both consumer and enterprise OS deployment experiences. This role also offers the unique opportunity to gain deep experience in compatibility scenarios for applications and devices/drivers for OS and phone.

In this role, you will drive logging and resolving top compatibility issues to offer a seamless upgrade experience to future releases for both enterprise and consumer scenarios. Driving issues includes triaging issue lists, making sure issues have complete details, working with internal and external partners to drive issue to closure, etc. Other important activities include reporting and constant following-up with engineering teams.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Experience using Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Preferred skills include proficiency in SQL and SharePoint, an intermediate level knowledge of using XML and XSD, and strong project management skills
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and successfully execute multiple concurrent mission-critical scenarios
- Experience working in a fast-paced release environment, with specific experience developing project plans and managing releases on short cycles
- Ability to balance competing demands for scenarios and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven ability to deliver projects on-time and adherence to deadlines
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong cross-team working relationships and collaboration
- Proven ability to motivate disparate teams both direct and indirect to solve issues
- Proven ability to apply critical thinking in complex situations
- Candidates with broad technical abilities around operating systems preferred
