This role requires working closely with product management, development, QA, and involves regular communication with senior management, and will be inherently cross-functional. Excellent listening skills, writing skills, and very strong drive to deliver results are essential. Must be a relationship-builder, decisive, and comfortable using data to influence and get the job done.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry
- 1+ years of software development life cycle management experience working in a cross-functional environment with an ability to influence other teams to meet goals
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
- Experience with distributed systems and/or developing large scale web applications
- Track record of project delivery for cross-functional projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Must have a desire to create and own new processes and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to work well in ambiguous situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
