8 to 12 Years in Telecom
The PRODUCT DESIGNER is responsible for capturing and analysing customer's business requirements in the domains of Product Catalog, Rating, Charging and Promotions as well as Data Modeling in order to document these, see how they fit within the retail/wholesale/enterprise solution and if needed, write functional & technical specifications for product enhancement.
Responsible for configuring the proposed product solution in that domain, and interact closely both with product development teams and project teams dealing with other areas.
Finally, he/she will be expected to support project execution and deployment till go-live and stabilization phase, and participate to the ongoing best practice and methodology development elopment level support framework
Working towards SLAs to meet customer expectations with regards to providing solutions and reports in a timely and professional manner
