Our client is a hugely popular company looking for a Project Analyst to work on the Recruiting Technologies program. This contractor will work with the Talent Acquisition Operations program manager on Project Planning, Business Requirements, QA and User Acceptance Testing, Training, Operational Support, and Deployment. This person will also help create and drive system changes for internal global customers.

We're looking for a smart, driven, problem solver to promote standard work and process optimization across global recruiting function. This individual will identify areas of opportunity and develop solutions to build efficiency and scale. The role is broad, spanning locations and business groups. It will require an individual who can innovate, move quickly, and not be constrained by how things have been done before.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with cross functional global business teams to understand and document requirements, which can be in the form of requirements document (business and/or functional), user stories, process flow diagrams, integration specifications, etc.
- Research problems, conduct gap analysis, recommend and drive solutions that meet the business needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the design, delivery, and implementation of new tools and products while defining standardized workflows and process optimization.
- Drive project deliverables, provide escalation and prioritization management; assess risks, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus operational and technical constraints to maximize business benefit
- Deliver regular communications to project stakeholders.
- Coordinate the rollout of new tools and systems including delivery of standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams, training materials and post-launch support resources.
- Develop deep knowledge of global recruiting process and solution(s) utilized by the company, advise the business on global requirements and best practices for optimizing the use of the systems.
- Work successfully with and influence teams across the global organization; have the ability to deal with complex business and technical issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of program management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Recruiting/HRIS/HR experience preferred
- Demonstrated detail orientation with ability to analyze, problem solve, organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
- Must be highly analytical, have an extremely high level of customer focus and a passion for process improvement
- Consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
