Technical Peoplesoft (PSFT) HCM Consultant ~ Luxembourg

University degree with minimum 8 years of experience in IT OR non university degree with minimum 14 years of experience in IT;
Minimum 4 years of technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 in particular in Workforce Administration, Organizational Development, Compensation and Workforce Monitoring modules;
Knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 for the modules listed above would be an advantage;
Proven experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in particular in the eRecruitment module;
Proven experience in PeopleTools 8.50 and 8.53;
Knowledge in PeopleTools 8.54 would be an advantage;
Proven experience in problem analysis and testing;
Customer orientation and willingness to integrate a small technical team;
Previous experience in PeopleSoft Upgrade would be a strong plus;
Excellent knowledge of either French or English and at least, good oral and written knowledge of the other.
