Projektbeschreibung
Techs will use tools to determine what equipment is down and make necessary corrections to repair the systems. In many cases there is a hardware problem or some type of software problem. Client systems include thousands of computers, and all possible CPU cycles are needed to verify things and run tests. Metrics are closely watched for performance evaluation.
OVERVIEW
- Break-fix and Client PC Software and Hardware break-fix support under company guidelines for Linux Client systems.
- Asset Management duties the Northwest.
- Training will be provided for special tools like Nebulous.
- Privileged access required (equivalent to root or admin).
- Apply Known Fixes to server hardware failures in Data Centers.
- Field Warranty support for all hardware needs on site.
- Server and PC landing and decommissioning (basic assembly support and installation).
- General Maintenance of Servers and PC's following documented checklists and procedures.
- Patching of systems as needed.
- Installation of standard POR OS's: Linux/Windows, using custom builds.
- Security access as defined by client and classes taken for Data Centers.
- Inventory and Auditing of equipment and software.
- Asset Management will be followed in accordance with security policies.
- Technicians will practice proper asset management and report changes to the Asset Management Technician.

- Monitor (services, alerts)
- Support (basic, hardware)
- Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check and drug screen
- Must be able to lift up to 50-70 lbs.
