The Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) combines Cisco's Unified Communications (UC) portfolio with 3 key technology elements to offer a comprehensive cloud solution for partners to offer UC as a service.
This role will involve:
- Technical Operations Coordination,
- Service Requests Management,
- Operations Reporting
- Ability to manage delivering resolutions to multiple issues with multiple teams.
- Strong communication skills to escalate issues clearly to upper management and engineering teams, and to present the resolution plans to customers
- Experience with supporting service provider customers
- Understanding, tracking and defending SLA agreements
- Proficiency in the core Cisco Unified Communications Technologies (Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, Unified Presence, & Cisco Mobile products).
