I have an urgent requirement for a Technical Operations Manager to work in Paris . The role is heavily based around the customer and making sure that they are satisfied with the service they receive.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong Account Management, Technical and Organizational skills.
- A proven track record in working with demanding and high profile customers, preferably in the Retail Industry, with a minimum of 5-years' experience.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- CCNA certificate or greater.
