Technical Officer - M&E Contractor

I am looking to hire a TECHNICAL OFFICER - AT MILDENHALL for one of my Public Sector Client. Please read the below job Specification.

OVERALL PROJECT OBJECTIVES

The Tech Officer Ops/Maint & Proj is accountable for ensuring they adhere and conform with all agreed DIO processes and operating procedures and instructions

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES/OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

They will have responsibility for liaising and coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders in a multi discipline environment.

ESSENTIAL AND DESIRABLE

- CSCS Card holder status essential
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience required in either mechanical, electrical or construction environment encompassing facility/infrastructure maintenance, repairs, injected minor new works & small projects
- Management and procurement of repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishment & infrastructure installation projects. Entering details of works in computer databases.
- Track, monitor and update work status with Contractors to ensure customer expectations and agreed completion dates are being met
- Responsibility for providing support in delivering the environmental, health & safety, estate compliance and assurance portfolio law DIO and customer requirements
