We have a vacancy for a Tech Officer - Works Coordinator who will be responsible for effectively managing the delivery of programmed works and maintenance. The successful candidate will be required to manage all stages of works processes from design through to the delivery and handover.

You will have a minimum of an ONC in a building or Building Services related subject, together with a proven track record in managing medium sized projects.
