Technical Officer/.Net Developer x 4

My client a leading QLD employer is looking for a Technical Officer to join their team on a 10 month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality software development across multiple applications to maintain defined enterprise service levels in one or more technology domains.

Responsibilities of the role include:

- Maintain defined enterprise service levels by providing quality technical experience and skill, adhering to departmental standards, policies, procedures and processes.
- Develop software and related documentation in compliance with my clients processes and standards.
- Provide assistance in prioritisation of tasks to meet project deliverables and assessment of the impact of change on development schedules.
- Provide input for continuous improvement of system procedures and practices.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

- Ability to provide quality software development skills using the Microsoft .NET and SQL Server and related technologies. Ability to perform site configuration and custom development in SharePoint is an optional requirement.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse requirements and successfully implement solutions.
- Ability to use oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively prepare instructions, reports and system documentation.
- Ability to prioritise, organise and achieve deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team to achieve agreed outcomes.
