Evaluate and implement a technical solution as an option for future trials for collection of SMBG data, dose, hypo/hyper, and titration reporting. The ideal solution would be able to act as one point of data collection from the subjects and potentially ensuring a better quality and possibility to continuous follow-up on subjects. This solution should cover needs from both subjects, investigators, study nurses, monitors and Insulin Titration group

Implement and validate extended ePRO solution from PHT to support diabetes trials and implement processes to support the solution.

- Review API & interface specifications
- Conduct workshop facilitation in the review process to ensure that requirements are met
- Evaluate vendor solutions and implementation approaches
- Define approach to ensure adequate quality level and robustness and reliability in operation
- Partner with vendors to define implementation strategy
- Participate in vendor negotiations
- Assess project risk
- Outline development, implementation & validation approach
