TECHNICAL MANAGER (M&E - CONSTRUCTION)

This is a job opportunity for a control going up until the 31st March 2014, this is however possibility for extension.

Your main task will involve developing a design instruction and to manage the work that is being carried out by the contractors. You will also need to manage the contracts associated, relevant financials, provide an SME approach within M&E in relation to Construction and to ensure all works are being done as contracted.

Requirements for this job are experience of M&E from a managerial point of view, able to deal with Contractors, understanding of Commercials, good management ability and experience of these matters from a Government, private sector or Defence area.
