Potential candidates will possess a Mechanical Engineering qualification along with a strong track record of people management. To summarise: *Educated to Degree level or equivalent within Mechanical Engineering *Strong engineering background & experience in FEA / fatigue analysis & models such as ANSYS etc *Proven track record in product development and R&D *Must be competent in report writing *Ability to manage projects & see through to completion *Possess a personal presence, able to demand respect from workforce *Self motivation with the ability to drive through results *Friendly, persuasive & assertive, able to achieve results through a logical and systematic approach *A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance *Reliable, tolerant, & determined.
