IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Manage a team of 6 technical staff to deliver a backlog on Office 365 implementation
-Deliver an agreed set of technical solutions (tested and production ready) within time/cash constraint and hand over to Operations team
-Create and manage a workplan which is derived from Digital Workplace Programme (DWP) backlog, including completing backlog from Citrix Services migration, integrating privilege access management project (Cyber Security), and deploying Azure rights management
-Provide BYOD technical service and supporting policies & guidelines
-Provide Skype for Business & PSTN, PBX Integration service
-Contribute to recommendations to be made to the Solution Architecture Review Board with regard to implementation advantages or disadvantages
-Deliver technical solutions on Business and IT department projects
-Provide robust, tested technical products which can be deployed into business areas by the DWP Business Engagement work stream

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-French and English required
-Experience in technical Project management skills, ability to plan and manage to a critical path. Proven Risk management skills
-Experience in ITIL change management and the use of Service Now
-Experience of Microsoft Office 365 implementation
-Ability to build a rapport with Operations teams, Project teams and third party suppliers
-Ability to communicate complex technical information in a manner that enables colleagues to understand what is needed to achieve and outcome
-Team management and workload planning skills
