DESCRIPTION OF DELIVERABLES

- Planning and designing solutions on top of Dynamics CRM (online) as part of multi-country European rollout of Dynamic CRM Online
- Responsible for managing and reviewing technical work of a team of developers and consultants (both for Dynamics CRM online and Azure components) to ensure high quality code is delivered adhering to standards and best practices
- Define release procedures and documentation for operations teams

CORE COMPETENCY SKILL SETS REQUIRED FOR VENDOR DELIVERY

- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics CRM/365 with two 2+ years of experience with Dynamics CRM/365 in the cloud.
- Strong solution knowledge of the standard functionality/features in Dynamics CRM Online
- Hands-on development experience with Dynamics CRM components (JavaScript, C# plugins/code activities, etc ) and integration with Azure
- Knowledge/experience of working in an agile manner
- Able to coach and review the work of a team of CRM developers/consultants
- Experience with modern integration techniques and solutions (REST API, Azure Service Bus, Azure functions, )
- Strong communication and personal skills
- Experience with Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Jira is a plus
- Experience with integration of Dynamics CRM Online with other components in Office 365 (Exchange Online and SharePoint Online) is a plus
