POSITION: TECHNICAL LEAD - JAP
LOCATION: ZURICH, SWITZERLAND
DURATION: 6-9 MONTHS
DESCRIPTION:
Strong Experience with the CS-JAP Framework and XML/SOAP, Web services.
Has a deep understanding of development methodology, Architecture - Framework, Best Practices.
Has Experience in creating Conceptual, Physical, Technical, Business, Performance & Deployment architecture/models
Has Experience in architecting for Functional and Non Functional requirements (Performance, Availability, Scalability, Reliability, Usability & Security)
Leading the development team from technical and architectural fronts.
Coordinating with other technical experts to come up with an sustainable solution
Drive operational and development initiatives.
Is able to coordinate also with non-IT stakeholders
Strong experience in all stages of SDLC from Analysis, Design, Development, Testing to Production Support.
Good knowledge in WES infrastructure and OBP/FN would be very helpful since we have many touchpoint with the contact center.
