Technical Lead ERP

TECHNICAL LEADER, IT, ERP, SAP INTEGRATION, P2P, HR, FINANCE PROCESSES, TREASURY/BANK FLOWS, DB, SQL

eCRM EURO is urgently looking for a technical lead with functional skills, capable to plan and organize his/her work as well as to coordinate different teams in a complex and remote environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
Project management
Organize and coordinate the work of different support teams to resolve complex incident and manage changes that impact the integration between applications (ex upgrade of Sourcing application than is impacting interfaces with accounting systems)
Manage small projects (like extension of ECM Comarch application to a new legal entity)
Ensure that the continuity of service is well supported,
Manage on a day-to-day basis the work related to application and end user support (maintenance, incident, changes requested by users, application new release, patches)
Resolve level 1 and 2 incidents
Keep ticket backlog under control, ensure no incident remain pending
Ensure communication with end users and other IT support teams (Infrastructure delivery, desktop support, support team from editors, application maintenance team)
Implement preventative actions to reduce risk of incidents and simplify day to day activity

REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of experience in IT sector
Have at least 3 years experience in application support
Have a good knowledge and understanding of systems (Microsoft, Unix), querying databases (Windows, SQL, Oracle), system architectures, Microsoft environment, webservices
Have an experience of integration complex flow with an ERP (preferably SAP)
Capable to install and upgrade applications
Experience of integration of complex flow with an ERP have provided support on interfaces between SAP and other systems (eProcurement, Treasury/bank, A/P invoices systems)
Understanding of P2P processes
Understanding of end-to-end business processes
Purchase to Pay, Travel and Expense management, Account Payable automation, Treasury/integration with Bank systems
HR processes (compensation, performance, payroll)
Training in SAP SuccessFactor, COUPA (E-procurement), SAP (foundations)
Fluent in English
