A Technical Lead is required to work as a Core Java Developer for this top Financial Consultancy in London. The Technical Lead will be part of one of the UK's top leading technology and software companies in a global company with over 20,000 customers. The Technical Lead will be working with the project teams to carry out a role as a Senior Developer as well as be part of a highly dynamic and experienced team. As this is a financial consultancy, candidates will be placed on client site within London and be interacting with their financial services clients on relevant roles.

The Technical Lead will have to have the following skills:

- Server side core java
- Multithreading and low latency experience
- Exposure to real-time trading systems
- Extensive financial services experience
- Strong communication skills
