IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Provide expert guidance and leadership in the adoption of Adobe Experience Manager (Managed Services Edition)
-Advise/Develop Best Practice AEM architecture plan for the development of site templates, to enforce branding, enable user security and streamline processes for a multi-agency development and authoring instance of AEM
-Define SCRUM resource plan, define how the teams will work to create the AEM repository of elements and sites
-Define and oversee the implementation of the toolsets needed for development and QA including source code management
-Define best practice processes for ongoing support, maintenance and site authoring activities to maximize reusability while maintaining de-centralized site ownership

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience with Adobe Experience Manager / CQ5, preferably with Managed Services Edition, in the design, configuration and development of AEM / CQ5 for large-scale implementations (50+) sites for global organizations using cascading templates for de-centralized management of site development and authoring, including multiple third party design agencies
-Experience with the selection and implementation of toolsets for development environments and establishing best practice processes for implementation teams, as well as ongoing support, maintenance and site authoring teams
-Experience in working on Agile/SCRUM teams for website development projects, including the planning of Sprint development team resources, toolsets, processes, etc.
-Experience working as technical lead/architect for various implementation projects to include acting as mentor and expert resource for development teams
