Projektbeschreibung
- Taking part in workshops to discuss technical designs.
- Implementing all tiers of enterprise application and be able to participate in development activities.
- Closely working with the Business Analysts and the Solution Architect in order to translate functional requirements and architecture documentation into high level and detailed level technical design documents.
- Pragmatic approach to work hours, design and development.
- Building solid relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organising the estimation of development work.
- Working with the Dev Manager to ensure developers deliver the agreed functionality within agreed timeframes.
- Perform regular code reviews to ensure the high quality of code delivered.
- Continually establish and nurture development capability.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members.
To be successful your skills and experience will focus on the following;
- Ability to critically analyse and re-engineer business processes
- Ability to formulate requirements statements for ICT systems
- Experience with and understanding of client-facing Web-based transaction systems
- Experience with and understanding of complex mixed-platform ICT environments
- Exposure to and utilisation of SDLC methodology.
- Technologies: Spring, JPA, JUnit, etc.
- Database: IBM DB2.
- IDE's: preferably SpringSource.
- Application Server: preferably WebSphere.
- Standards: WS-I Basic Profile, WS-* standards.
- Integration Technologies: JMS, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO BusinessWorks, etc.
- Other: Jenkins, SVN, TOAD, Oxygen XML, Nexus, Maven, TIBCO, etc.
