Technical Lead .NET

For my banking client based in Zürich we are currently looking for a

Technical .NET Developer Lead

Implement the .NET solution in the area of structured product issuance and management

Main tasks will include:
- Technically lead the development team (2-4 developers) and drive the overall implementation
- Actively participate in elaboration of target IT- and business architecture of the platform
- Actively participate in business analysis and in stakeholder workshops
- Successfully manage intersystem dependencies and collaboration
- Be responsible for the release delivery
- Act as a scrum master, coordinate implementation, plan sprints
- Supervise and coach junior developers

Must is Ms. In Computer Science or Physics/Mathematics
- Min 8 years of experience developing complex financial applications with lot of dependencies and stakeholders
- Min 2 years of experience leading small development team

Musts:
o .NET, ADO.NET, MS SQL or Oracle (T-SQL or PL/SQL strong programming skills)
o Design Pattern hands-on experience
o Agile, Scrum, TDD
o Continuous Integration, Subversion
o Strong communication and leadership skills
o XML/XSD/XSLT
o At least one of the following UI technologies must be on the expert level - WPF or Silverlight or HTML5 or ASP.NET MVC 4
o Very good English oral and written

Nice to haves
o Jira, TeamCity, Confluence Wiki
o Experience in structured products and traded derivatives, especially in operational aspects (booking, life cycle management, accounting, fee management)
o Enterprise Architect modelling skills, UML
o DBA experience with MS SQL
o WCF, SOAP, REST, WebAPI
o Any financial certifications (CFA, CAIA, AZEK)
