Technical IT Trainer

TECHNICAL IT TRAINER REQUIRED FOR 12 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE WITH A LARGE MULTINATIONAL ORGANISATION BASED IN CORK
The successful candidates will join an existing Training Team with particular responsibility for managing and delivering one on one and group training sessions. This person will also be involved in training development projects.
THE JOB:
- Provide on-boarding, one on one and group training
- Deliver training in person and remotely
- Manage training documentation including administering satisfaction surveys
- Maintain training equipment
- Liaise with the business in scheduling training and identifying training needs
HAVE YOU:
- Experience delivering Technical training
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience sending training reminders and reporting on attendance
- Experience of technical writing and a strong IT technical understanding of OS and application use.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a 12 month contract role with a well established global organisation.
