Responsibilities:
- Indentifying, disagnosing and rectifying any problems
- ITIL activities
- Providing ongoing technical maintenance and support on Back End infrastructure
The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
- Application support experience
- Knowledge and common with Infrastructure projects
- (MS) SQL knowledge and experience
- Scripting knowledge and experience
- MCSE or MCSD certified
- Experience with technical maintenance and support on Back End infrastructure
