Job Title - Technical Officer/Maintenance Officer

Job Location - Dumfries

Rate - £18 p/h

Job Length - 3 months

Client - Our client are a housing association, based in Dumfries and Galloway, who are looking for an experienced Technical Inspector to join their team on an initial 3 month contract.

Job Role - Your role will include, but not limited to, carrying out property inspections to identify and assess repairs, including assessment of property for dampness and condensation. You will have a proven track record of working in a similar, relevant position - with experience of liaising with tenants essential.

Ideally the successful candidate will have worked in a housing association before in a Technical Inspector role.
