Your experience/skills: 10+ years' working experience in the relevant field Proficiency of Genesys solution with deep technical knowledge Integration experience of Genesys into large enterprise environments, including infrastructure projects as telephony system replacement Strong problem solving, analytical and synthesizing skills Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken Your tasks: Verifying setup besides the IT department, Infrastructure and 3rd party vendor Reviewing current and target set up for the Multichannel Contact Center solution with Genesys Solution, IT, Telephony and 3rd party vendor Extending knowledge transfer from different 3rd party vendors Ability to communicate technical topics to various target audiences including non technical business representatives and senior management Start: ASAP Duration: 06MM+ Location: Zurich, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH12516 Does this sound like an interesting and challenging opportunity to you?
