Technical / Functional Expert for SAP ICM (Investigative Case Management) (m/f)

Projektbeschreibung
- Prepare and coordinate rollout to internal teams
- Participate in business blueprint activities
- Create solution design documents and get them validated by business team
- Guide offshore development team in completing the technical design documents, oversee the development activities
- Support INT and FAT test team, ensure successful handover of the topics to RUN / Support team
- Very good knowledge in ICM functionality and thorough understanding of the underlying technical architecture
- Good understanding of integration points between, ICM, ERP-COPA/FI, ERP-SD, ERP-HCM & CRM systems
- Lead a team of consultants and ensure successful completion of Business blueprint and other phases
- Ability to work virtually
- Fluent English skills (project language)
