TECHNICAL FIELD SERVICE LEVEL 1 (CONTRACTING)
Our client, a leading global IT services company, is seeking a Technical Field Service Level 1 - Contract role for a contract position in Lucerne.
- Start Date is January 2014
- End date 2017
- Lucerne - 3 days a week (50%) - Technical Field Service Level 1
- Task: Normal Field Technical Support
TASKS:
Installation, configuration, maintenance and repair of equipment according to Client policies. Proactive customer and solution oriented improvement proposals. Experience and ability to work in local Workplace projects.
SKILLS:
- Basic technical knowledge on desktop, laptop and printer environment
- High customer communication skills
- Highly developed customer care skills
- Quality orientation
- 1.4. Technical expertise
- Microsoft Operating systems (windows XP, Vista and win7),
- OS Certifications preferred.
- Autonomy and able to work alone
- Standard technical knowledge in PC and peripherals.
- Language: German & English
