Context
Within the Group Shared Service Centre SENT based in Brussels, the Collaboration Asset Management team is implementing innovative communication solutions that enable our Business lines to improve productivity and efficiency. The team is looking for enthusiastic team members eager to architect and engineer the next generation social services integrated in a highly complex environment.
Function Description
The IBM Connections Specialist will be a core member of the Collaboration Asset Management team responsible for planning and designing portal solutions to support our employees using IBM Connections and CCM. Responsibilities include conceptual design, solution design and implementation of enterprise social integration using IBM Connections. Candidate will report to the lead IBM architect. Candidate is expected to participate in gathering requirements, documenting, designing and developing solutions using IBM Connections and CCM, and the related application integration and enhancements within the application. This includes support for application integration testing, integration development and cutover activities. The Specialist will also participate in knowledge transfer to Operations and Support team.

3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Mandatory
- IBM Connections
- IBM CCM
- WebSphere
Preferable
- Good technical understanding of Web 2.0 concepts.
- Have high-level understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, systems and languages.
- Knowledge on network technologies, IT systems and related processes (ITIL) is an advantage
- Experience in large IT organization
