Technical Expert/3 Months/Eindhoven, the Netherlands

TECHNICAL EXPERT/3 MONTHS/EINDHOVEN, THE NETHERLANDS

For one of my clients I'm urgently looking for a Technical Expert for an initial contract of 3 months to be based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

- Small Business Implementations that are requested from the business or that are driven by technical developments.
- Assist Operations in solving the incidents that occur in the client's network in a timely and qualitative manner.
- Translate business requirements in technical solutions
- Able to develop a solution taking the rest of the landscape into account
- Ensures that deliverables are on time, on budget and 'on quality'
- Ensures that all deliverables are compliant with customers architectural and security standards and guidelines
- Ensures the execution of changes, in line with our change management process.

Required skills

- Bachelors Degree in IT or related field of study
- 10 years of experience in the technology profession
- Good knowledge of SQL, web applications, Scripting, deployments, workload management, RES, Citrix, working with clients
- Excellent Customer Service skills
