Technical EDiscovery PM - Tier 1 IB, London - £550 - £600 PB 4784

My client is a Tier 1 investment bank based in London.

About the role:

The role will entail:

-Ensuring that the project is scoped, initiated and approved in line with required procedures
-Overseeing deployment of technical infrastructure required, history data preparation and delivery
-Completing all underlying tasks in line with stringent timelines
-Driving continuous improvement of history ingestion activities
-Ensuring provision of relevant analysis, MI and reports
-Ensuring requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs and schedules and other related project artefacts are documented and tracked
-Adjusting financial plan proposals in line with improved cost insights
-Planning and coordinating data preparation and delivery activities together with technical teams
-Utilizing relevant governance bodies/steering committees in the most effective manner

Requirements:

-Preferred experience in - EDiscovery projects (in particular Digital safes); Email infrastructure (Outlook Exchange and Lotus Notes Domino)
-Experience in successful delivery of technical projects as a PM within Financial Services
-Prior experience in Business Analysis within Financial Services
-Experience in management role with P&L accountabilities
-Some experience in the following: E-mail systems, Digital safes, RSM, Data protection, relevant regulatory knowledge, EDiscovery and HP Autonomy.
-Educated to a Bachelor's degree with relevant professional qualifications such as Prince2 or PMP
